2011 | Sheyda earns her Bachelor’s in Architecture
After graduating in Iran, Sheyda lays the foundation for her career in architectural design and engineering.
2015 | Master’s in Set Design and a Prestigious Grant
Sheyda completes her Master’s at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, combining technical precision with creative storytelling. Winning the Torno Subito 2015 Grant (Regione Lazio, EU-funded) launches her journey to Luxembourg and her international career.
2018 | Luka expands into Graphic and Communication Design
In Berlin, Luka sharpens his expertise in campaign engineering, public relations, and visual presentation, preparing for impactful project communication.
2019 | Luka graduates in Digital Media
Specializing in digital workflows, informatics, marketing, 2D/3D rendering, animation, and design-thinking methodologies, Luka completes his studies at Edinburgh Napier University. He also focuses on “Starting Your Own Business,” planning for a future independent firm.
2019 | Sheyda establishes herself in Luxembourg
Over five years, Sheyda works on protected villas, adaptive reuse, residential properties, and architectural visualizations, blending heritage preservation with innovative modern solutions.
2022 | Luka gains Luxembourg Teaching Certification
Luka earns certification from the Ministry of Education, mastering pedagogy and didactics to effectively convey ideas and train future collaborators.
2024 | Formist is founded
Sheyda Vatankhah and Luka Liegeois officially establish Formist, merging expertise in architecture, digital innovation, and sustainability. Within 7 months, they complete 7 diverse projects, including renovations, transformations, and visualizations.
2025 | Q1: Official Launch
Formist prepares to go public with its services and becomes officially registered, establishing itself in Luxembourg’s architectural landscape.
